So we woke up today to feed the bunnies and when we went to give Parsnip her pellets, my husband found her by the baby gate.  She had escaped!!    She does have a second floor but no roof, so we figured that it would have been a possibility for her to jump out.  She only pooped twice and luckally didn’t eat the puzzle that was on the floor!  We put a few grids around it so she couldn’t jump out.  That day we went out to some garage sales; which, I might add I was kind of mad because we went to one that they had a pet shop and there was a little tote that had serval grooming tools, including a furminator.  I had just bought that on amazon for $20, and all of that set (org. was 43.95) was $10!  Oh well, now I have 2!  But anyways, we came back from the garage sales which had been a couple hours.  I go in to check on Parsnip…no where to be found!  She was under the bed and mad it clear that she did want to be found!  Finally got her back in her cage and right now there’s a fleece blanket over top of her cage so she can’t jump out.  Either she jumped out of the side of the second floor or straight from the ground.  She has jumped/climbed out of the cage into my arms once.  She’s a fiesty little thing!  Now she’s sitting on the second level….probably trying to figure out how to get out again.

OH neat you have some nice grooming tools.  Cool.  Hey you have extra if you ever break something. Or lose it.

LOL! If they’re not plotting where they should hide next, or what to try to chew next, they’re plotting how to escape! I like how if you watch them you can see the little gears in their heads turning as they carefully plot their next plan of action! I’m sure Parsnip was quite pleased with herself even if it was not so amusing to you and your husband !
