I’m not sure if my rabbits litter box is too small or if it’s because I’m now putting their hay in the box and he doesn’t face the right way but he keeps going pee over the edge onto his cage

their hay bin broke and I wanted to try putting the hay in the box to prevent hay getting on my floor

        any suggestions?

How big is the box? I use a large cat litter box, which almost seems too small at times.

It does sound like maybe the litter box is too small, or the edge is too low.

I have a picture to show what I’m talking about but I don’t know how to attach it

Do you have an “insert image” icon? It looks like a mountain with a sun above it.

So I ended up buying cat litter boxes and no more pee from my bunny outside of the box😊

I came back to reply to this thread, but couldn’t find it. I was going to say that the one on the left definitely looked small. I’m glad switching to a regular cat litter box helped. Sometimes all the need is a bigger place to do their business.
