        Hello buns,

I have never been without my bun for more than two days. Now I have to leave for two weeks for vacation. I’ll be coming home next Sunday.

My bunny will stay home with my mum and I know she will take good care. I was with my little one all day and now she will have to be alone for first half of day as my mum works.

I think I am way more worried than bunny will feel haha. I just literally feel anxiety building up as the time I should leave is coming.

Will my bun be totally allright or?

This works for puppies and kittens so maybe bunnies too?  Couldn’t hurt.

Give your bun your pillow case, night shirt, something with your scent on it.

Again, not sure if it’ll help, but give it a shot.

I’m sure he will be just fine. Bunnies don’t seem to get separation anxiety the same way dogs do. They might miss you, but as long as they are getting good care and some interaction they will be fine. 🙂

You could ask your mom to send you pics to update you if you think that would help you feel better!

I would just make sure your mom knows his routine and can be on the look out for any warning signs of illness (refusing food, etc.).

Yes haha I think I feel a lot worse than my bunny will.

I am already sad and it has been few hours. But I always tell myself that I cannot sacrifice my life because of her you know. Even I love her to death ♥️

Aww bunnies have such a sneaky way of weaseling into our hearts 😂 One minute, they’re “just a bunny”, and the next, you’re ready to sacrifice vacations, parties, etc. 😉

And I’m sure your bun will be perfectly fine!

Good luck, and have fun on your vacation!
