So my buns had a bit of a late Christmas– my roommate with her four cats moved out, so now the bunnies are totally free range in the house!!
. They’ve only ever had a couple hours every once in a while with the house to themselves before, so they’re a bit overwhelmed. They’re both bouncing off the walls– literally, sometimes.
To celebrate, I picked up a few toys like wicker balls and bundles of wicker. They’re having a blast!
Eve is running and jumping all around the house– when I walked in the front door, she zoomed from upstairs to greet me and zoomed right back upstairs before I could even pet her. Theo is too scared to go down the stairs, so although Eve is adventurous and on her own likes exploring the rest of the house, she mostly sticks with him up in my room. Still, with the added extra room of the little space upstairs where the bathroom and four rooms are, Theo’s binkying about on the upper level.
Aah, I’m just so excited!! I hope this goes well and they can continue being house bunnies. They love it. I also hope Theo can learn to go down the stairs without any fear like Eve.
