My aunt got me hooked on the idea of kale chips when I was home visiting and so I decided to try making some at home since kale is a staple in my fridge with the bunny and all… wow they are amazing.  I’m not much of a health nut either but I would and probably will eat these every day.  Sooooo good.  The basic recipe is just kale, olive oil and sea salt and baked until crispy (takes mere minutes so watch them) but my favorite so far is spicy red pepper oil, sea salt and parmesan cheese.  It’s fabulous and so easy.  So everyone go steal some kale from your bunny’s stash and try these.

My mom made me kale chips once, but she added too much oil and our salt shakers top fell off so 1/4 a cup of salt fell in, Ewww.

When made right they are good
