I’ve had many condo designs over the years, but this one has worked the best for me. the front of the cage is the door than swings out. you can see from the top picture the support beam made of grids. the bottom is 4×2 grids, the 2nd level is 3×2. the floor is some sort of wood laminate that they are slowly destroying, but it is holding up very well. I’ve tried larger cages but they are too hard to clean, and my 3 buns seem to prefer just 2 levels. anything more and one level just gets ignored. to minimize carpet destruction, I’ve housed the condo in a tarp. I leave the zip ties long because my buns like to trim them themselves–just a snip, they don’t eat them!  the litter pan is the bottom of a super pets cage. The cage is recessed into my closet so it takes up less space in my room. When I move out, I plan to attach a x pen to the front.

anyways, just thought I’d share my design in case anyone was looking for ideas!

So your 3 bonded rabbits fit okay in this? I’m looking to get a second and have almost the same layout but I don’t know if it would be enough room.

Yeah, they’ve had a bigger design before but it was hard to clean and a lot of space didn’t get used. For my three, this design suits them fine.
