The kids had to learn about different types of pets and then draw a picture of their pets (if they have any).

Michael brought this masterpiece home…    The top says “This is my pet’s habitat!” and then he drew a pic of the bunny cage!

I asked which bunny that was, Max or Meadow, and he said, “That is Max and Meadow mixed together.”  (Oh… okay…)

You’ll notice the water bottle on the side and the hay on the bottom… I asked if the brown circle was a poop and he said “No!  That’s their food!”  (They have a red creamic bowl for their pellets, so that’s what he drew…)

Isn’t it sweet?!  Kids are so funny!

Yes, he/she was cut out of paper and then glued on. I’m still not clear why he did not make two bunnies, but that’s okay… I still love it and I hung it on the wall in the bunny room!

That’s cute. It looks like abstract expressionist (not even sure if there is truly such a thing :~)

He never ceases to amaze me Shayna! The things he comes up with are so funny! It really makes me wonder what life would be like if our pets could talk! I could not even imagine!

Yes, if he becomes a famous “artiste” I’ll be kicking myself, for every pic I save, I throw 5 away… You can’t keep them all!

Now that you mention it… the bunny has Max’s “bowling ball” shape and Meadow’s gray/charcoal spots and uppy ears…

                                    Geez, my kid is a genius… ;o)
