My rabbits (who are doing great today) will every once in a while push their backend to the floor and hunch their back. They did it before the operation, but now it is more often. Is that normal for a rabbit who has just been spayed?

I cannot picture what you mean. Are they standing up or laying down?

They are standing up and then push the very end of their hindend on the floor and shifts that weight to their middle and shoulders.

That’s a pain posture. You’ll see it in rabbits who are having a stasis episode. They are trying to get comfortable and they cannot. Do you have pain meds for them? With females, the pain meds administered at the vet is not usually enough. If they continue to be in pain, they may stop eating which could lead to more issues.
