my rabbit recently learned how to get on the windowsill. ever since he loves getting up and staring out the window. lately he has just hopped up there and is just sitting still next to the window. is this regular behavior?

This is regular.  One of my rabbit’s favorite spots is the windowsill. Maybe it’s the temperature or the view, but it’s common!

My rabbit Theo spends hours a day sitting by the window. We live across from a playground and there is a lot going on for him to watch and he seems to really enjoy his view of the action.
