Hello fellow bun parents! We have a 4 year old neutered male dwarf martin(?) and we are wondering if he is snoring? He only makes this weird wheezing noise when he is at rest, his eyes stay open and it sounds like he is snoring. Vet said he is healthy and there is no history of illness/colds and he has done this since we got him. He was a rescue from a lady who rescued a lot of bunnies. He is a sweet boy and just want to make sure he is not in pain. He acts just normal otherwise and eats pellets and hay and the occasional dried nanner chip we give him and his partner. Any thoughts?

Based on your description and assuming all health is normal, it does sound like snoring! Some rabbits do snore.

Yup, bunnies can def snore. Just like dogs, it seems to be more common with the flatter face breeds. My little Bridge lop used to snore. Was so cute.
