To make a long story short  Zack tore down the baby gat and went up stair and got in Zelda’s room. I was a sleep and I heared her skell and I ran down the hall and caught him. How can I tell if he got her pregnant?

You can’t at this point. Is she old enough to be spayed? I recommend if so that you do that immediately. Better to be safe than sorry.

^^^i absolutely agree with Sarita. the vet should be able to do an emergency spay if she is old enough. remember that rabbit gestation is very short, only 28-30 days, and they typically don’t exhibit signs of pregnancy until the very end, sometimes not until a few days before when they start building a nest. let us know what you decide.
