Hi. my bunny has been recently feeling sick (last 3 days). He suddenly started to slightly tilt his head especially while eating and drinking (and for this reason he stopped eating his food and drinking). Also he became really lethargic and lays down all day.

Since he previously suffered from e cuniculi , even if in a different form (his body was paralyzed) the vet said we should start giving him panacur again, so we did but things don’t seem to improve at all.
Something really weird just happened though. I fed him a little bit of parsley and he started chewing really loud, running around the room, and it took several minutes for him to stop. This has never happened to him before. Can somebody help us? I really do not know what to do

The running around could perhaps have been a kind of seizure? Dogs can have seizures where they run around and cant be contacted. EC can cause seizures.

EC can re-occur, so its great that your vet put him on Panacur again. EC can manifest as seizures, head tilt, balance problems and/or kidney/bladder problems. It can probably also affect the gut. Panacur is a slow-acting drug, so its not rare for symptoms to linger for quite some time into the course.

Is he on a 28 day course of Panacur now? Did he get any other meds? (Meloxicam, Baytril?)
