        addicted to paper?!

Frankie has a paper-eating problem. He gets fresh greens and unlimited hay everyday plus a treat or two a few times a week, but he still seems to think he needs to eat paper!

        What a little booger.

Yes, I don’t think I have any paper in the house with all corners still intact. Felony”s terrible! If my mail gets knocked off the table he rushes to it to nibble. He’s addicted for sure.

The newspaper just arrived this morning and Sammy tried to make off with the local section.
She will never come out of her basket hidey hole now – it sits over an open phone book and she just chews and shreds to her heart’s content.
Sometimes I take out a bunch of the bits so she’ll have to redecorate with it. Soybased ink in phone books is a lifesaver, but now she isn’t so hungry for breakfast!

OH yes the paper monsters.  Cotton loves it so much he has stopped eating his hay.  I took the papers away and he still wouldn’t eat his hay.  So I ordered some BB hay and he just loves the oat hay. That is the only hay he will eat now.    And he is starting to look a little chunky. Guess I better cut down on his treats.

I love to read and Cotton prefers to chew on whatever book I am reading at the moment.  He will leave his newspaper for a book I have been reading.  Hubby says why does he do that.   Hmm I suppose it is interesting to me so he figures it must be great to chew.

Yes, in fact, we have a bookshelf with all our kids’ books on it and nearly all the books have the corners chewed off. So annoying. So we have a rule: if you care about it, put it up.

Yeah, all my old yearbooks were on the bottom of the bookshelf in my room. When frankie moved into my room, he ate the spines off of them! So much for keepsakes!

                      thats funny…

Hubby has a newspaper in arabic on the couch that he hasn’t finished yet.  Cotton helped him out on the corners.  rofl.   Hubby wasn’t happy.  I told him well at least he left you the words.   He could have chewed those in stead of the sides and corners.
