Hi Everyone! Mars has free range of the house so he gets enough exersize but I don’t think he’s getting enough mental stimulation. He’s not really interested in toys so I decided to start taking him outside for like 20 minutes a day in a puppy play pen. The only problem is that I’ve seen some pretty huge hawks in my area, and even one in my backyard. With me sitting right next to him, would a puppy play pen be safe for a rabbit with a hawk around? I really want mars to be able to do binkies and zoomies outside but I also want him to be safe.

Personally Id get a good strong covered enclosure if you have birds of prey in your area.

I had a kestrel take one of my hens from the garden only a few metres from where I was standing.
It was the most surreal experience in the world, and it happened in the blink of an eye.
