Or just Scully for short. I realized I have just been posting in the bonding section, but I never came over here to introduce her.

This is Spooky Mulder’s future wife, Dana Scully. We just call her Scully though. The Dana is just for her autographs.

She is a very sweet and sassy little girl. We were told she is about 6 months old. We have no idea where she came from, or what breed she is. She is pretty tiny right now, but has big ears and feet. She was picked up at the Chattanooga pound by the bunny rescue in Nashville (about 3 hours apart from each other.) At first they thought she was a boy, then it turned out she is a girl. Unfortunately, she was already spayed, but we did not know, and booked another spay for her. We did not find out until after the vet had opened her up and discovered it. There were no scars. Poor girly.

She is a bossy butt, she has beat Spooky up a lot so far. But we are taking a break from bonding to let some little wounds heal and to just get her a little more comfortable with me and my house.

I love the name! How cute! I will make X-files jokes sometimes and people will often give me blank looks.

That last picture in the tub is SO cute – I just want to pinch her cheeks! I was going to say that in the Bonding Thread but didn’t want to interrupt all the advice people were giving so I’m glad you posted it again!

Anyone have any idea what mix of breeds she might be? We think she is mixed with dwarf because of her size right now, but she could still grow…

Awwww… What a little doll! I love her!

No idea on breed. She reminds me of a baby, fluffier version of my Olivia, but thats not helpful since Olivias breed is a mystery.

                        What a cute girl!

Something about her fur makes me think she has a wooly breed in her background, like a jersey wooly or angora or something. There’s just something about her fur that is fuzzier than normal bun fur. It kind of looks like he has a little bit of a lionhead poof of fur on her head, so maybe that’s what she’s mixed with. It’s really hard to say! How much does she weigh? Most small breeds will be full sized at 6 months, though they can fill out a bit more as they age. Giant breeds definitely aren’t growing at that age though, so it’s possible she’ll get bigger depending on what she’s mixed with.

I love the names too. I used to be such a huge X-Files fan!

I was doing some research. This rabbit looks similar to her: http://www.olx.com.sg/netherland-dwarf-mix-lionhed-rabbit-for-adoption-iid-223010148

Some of her characteristics remind me of a Lop, her head shape particularly. I don’t think she has any (noticeable) dwarf in her. And then of course the longer fur looks like a Lionhead. She may have Lop and Lionhead in her, half and half, or maybe only a quarter Lop… As she gets older her fur may change too.
