Since the tunnel scuffle I wanted to really work out the kinks in my rabbit quartet. I noticed recently that Lint and Neigey no longer have the avoidance issues of the past where Lint would avoid being in a very crowded situation with Neigey such as in a litterbox. Neigey used to bump Lint out with a little grunt and a stomp.

They are very relaxed now even in a crowded place, after one entire year of having been bonded. Neigey’s bulliness toward Lint had peaked after Mops went away, but now it has completely disappeared. I can’t say why with certainty, but my guess is that it has to do with Deirdra. I am convinced that Deirdra’s dominance over Neigey is because of Neigey’s bullying Lint whom Deirdra adores. If this makes sense…  Deirdra kept putting Neigey in his place because Neigey was trying to boss around Lint.

So I felt that it should be possible to mend some of the issues between Deirdra and Neigey also.

For a couple of days, only for the daylight hours, I trioed up Neigey with Duffy and Deirdra, a trio I never focused on.

        It worked wonders.

no, I did not let them have the cherished binkybunny tunnel. It’s too soon. I don’t want to take the chance. But I made a hidey house that Deirdra can’t fit in, it’s only for the mini rexes.

OMG when Neigey flopped into Deirdra I almost died! I soo wanted them to be chummy It’s amazing that dynamics change that much just because of one rabbit, and even more amazing that you could tell which one it was LOL

Is deidra tooth purring? I noticed her mouth moving a lot.

Deirdra was asleep and in her dream she was chattering her teeth. She twitched her ears and lips too but I cut some of that out because the video was just too long with just sleeping bunnies.
Neigey is a marshmellow, I never noticed until you posted that. I don’t think he would like to be immersed in cocoa though… LOL.

Groups are different. As a pair, Lint/Neigey and Deirdra/Neigey had been fine all along but once placed in the group things changed. Deirdra especially is a much less fierce rabbit if she is just paired. But it is easy to spot what goes on if you observe them.

              Thanks for watching!

That yawn! The trio looks really goog. What was Lint doing while all of this trio business was going on?

I had bought Lint a cruise to get some R&R. He was sipping pina coladas deckside.

In reality, he was just hanging out in the pen by himself. Lint is such an easy keeper now, he gives me no trouble whatsoever.

I think Neigey needs a teeth whitening first… his incisors are nasty yellow!

This gives me so much hope for bonding my buns. Your buns are adorable and you seem to have so many good ideas for bonding and cementing bonding. The small box looks like a great idea.

                                OMG!!!!

Watching Neigey flop into De is like watching a slow motion boyfriend at the movies try to put his arm around his girl…all sly…you could almost see him thinking about it!!!!
