  Ha ha! Don’t worry BT. It was a ‘bit’ vague. I was referring to the bunny heads under my screen name. 6 is Were Rabbit – you’re one too! I had graduated from herman the giant to were rabbit. Was surprised and was really talking to myself with that post! Guess I shouldn’t have posted on a public forum huh! (I’m shaking my head, rolling my eyes and generally acting nutty!)

  Oh! When you place the cursor over the rabbit heads a name pops up. It changes depending on the number of posts you’ve made. The order is (I think)…Dwarf>Holland Lop>Forgot>New Zealand>Herman the Giant>Were Rabbit. I first learnt of this from Lightchick.

  1= Dwarf
  2= Lop
  3= New Zealand
  4= Flemish Giant
  5= Herman the Giant
  6= Were Rabbit

  Oh, and by the way Herman the Giant refers to the big German Giant rabbit that’s in the photo that’s been passed around a lot.

  I love it!!!! the HUGE FEET!!! Anyone know how much he weighs? is he supposed to be that big?

  About that German giant rabbit there. Hubby likes the history and discovery channel. They did a few minutes special on that German rabbit. They showed it moving along on the ground next to a regular rabbit. Huge difference.
  
  A downfall for the poor huge buns like that is that they don’t do good healthwise cause they are just too big for the fragile bones.
  
  The man bred them from using the biggest rabbits he could find until he got that huge one. Hmmm Claims that no hormones or steroids were used. I am taking that last sentence with a grain of salt. Actually making myself clear I don’t believe he didn’t use growth hormones or anything as he claims

  Thought that’s were the Herman ref came from! Sad that their health is implicated from the size though. Would be amazing to have a rabbit so large but with the pose in that shot, and allenj’s queries about anal glands in Diet section earlier………I’m thinking “No thank you”!

  I think I know what answer you picked for preggo one then. Easy to get mixed up with gestation period and age they can be preggo by. Both age&gestation period is insane!
