I don’t want to sound jealous because I’m not, I’m genuinely curious; When I handle Thumper he’s completely fine but yet with Blossom…she scrambles, scratches and nibbles me yet with my parents she’s completely fine and I don’t understand it. I handle her the exact same way they do so why is she so resistant towards me?  She’ll let me pet her and does demand head-rubs from me and she does lick me while she’s not like that to anyone else. I truly don’t understand this at all. Am I actually doing something wrong or is she just a little fussy or is it something else?

Maybe she feels so confident with you that she dares be herself and protest if there’s sth she doesn’t like? That’s often why it works so well to have someone else clip a bunny’s (or dog’s) claws: Most pets keep a pretty low profile around people they don’t know too well.

As for skittishness etc, there is a hereditary factor as well as an environmental.
