So like I said in a previous post, my rabbit has reached hormonal maturity. And she is such a brat lately hahaha like honestly I’m not that bothered by it. I think it’s kinda funny and I understand she can’t help it but if I tell her ‘no’ she can’t chew on this or that, she gets SO MAD like she honks at me and lunges at me and tries to fight me with her tiny claws X’D x’D Poor thing. She’s only 4 months. Because of her new behavior I’ve had to switch her from free roam to in a cage half the time. I just got some puzzle foam mats that are lined with a really low flat carpet and I hope those work well to line her cage with. It’s more of a condo and I’ve been adding more space and layers to it slowly. She actually seems to like it. Sometimes I leave the door open and she chooses to hang out inside of it instead of coming out so that’s a good sign right?

Any tips on bunnies going through hormonal distress? She’s just up and down. But overall she’s really healthy

Not much can be done, really. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
