I has a sick Stormy

Stormers seems to be feeling under the weather. He’s got a slightly runny nose and a very runny right eye. I noticed the wet nose first, and was mildly worried, but thought maybe he’d just groomed his face. But when I saw the discharge in his eye, I knew he was sick.  It’s a light yellow discharge when it solidifies. He’s eating normally at least, thank goodness.

I’m calling the vet first thing in the morning (my parents said I had to wait until then, even though his vet is 24 hours).

Next time, consider calling right away, since it’s 24 hours, and just make an appointment for the next morning, rather than waiting to call. That way you can take him in first thing, but not get the emergency fee.
