I got a Bunny Necklace for Mother’s Day!

okay… i picked it out.  i told my husband about it.  i bought it with his credit card… but it’s *technically* part of my mother’s day present.  lol!

i emailed back and forth with her.  she hand makes the jewelry with sterling silver.  i had a concern about tarnish, so she told me about a special kind of “argentium silver” that does not tarnish EVER.  it was only 15 dollars more to get the special silver.  it arrived today and it is absolutely exquisite!  i just wanted to share this b/c if you want a way to proudly display your love of buns (aside from a piece of hay stuck in your hair) i think this is the way to go.

she also makes another bunny one… but i really liked the flowers…

edited to add:  she bases these pieces off of her own house rabbit that she rescued awhile back, so she’s one of us.

with the special silver it was 70 bucks (this included shipping). it came rather quickly. she sent it USPS thursday night and i got it this morning (saturday).

^^^hey Lago… even tho it says sold out she makes the necklaces to order. all you have to do is click on the contact seller option on the right hand side of the page. she will email you back right away and you can set it up with her. if you want you can tell her you heard about it from me (Beka) but it doesn’t really matter. she is very kind, so if you want to, i would go ahead and message her. i even asked her if she has ever made cat ones. my friend wants a cat one and she said she’d be willing to make it completely custom for her. i might take her up on that for a xmas present this year.
