I found this amusing and thought I’d share.  Some of you may be familiar with Boing Online – a house rabbit site of Australian origins.

This link is to page about the owners.  Click on “Interview with Nimal” at the top of the photo.   i.e. Karen interviewing her partner Nimal.

          ROTFLMAO!!!!

(For those of us who aren’t Australian—where the heck is Cassi, btw?–what is a “yabby” and an “axolotl”?)

Yabbi is like a “claw dad” – is that the term? small crayfish thingy. Axoloti is “walking fish” as in it has legs. (I think)

Cassi is super busy. She lost some of her hours at her job so had to take on a 2nd job waitressing I think. She’s well though and misses BB.com

Ack, economy sucks everywhere…I thought I could keep up with Cassi on Facebook, if not here, but she’s never there either..

I think the American term is “Crawdad,” or “Crayfish”…it’s a southern/Louisiana thing that I’m not at all familiar with, being a California-girl….I don’t really eat things with more than 4 legs ’cause it freaks me out…I try to avoid the 4-footers, too, but sometimes a pork product is really nummy…

              Walking-fish? Ay…!

              Thanks for the translation!

I do get the Boing newsletter, but so far I haven’t read march or april yet… I have them saved on my desktop… but can’t seem to find the time between wasting it other places… lol!

On an unrelated note Jersey… can you email me please? I just realized that I don’t have your email address saved and I don’t see it listed thru your profile.

                  That’s hysterical, Jersey – I love it!
Obviously I’m not married yet because I need someone like that in my life. Preferably with lots of land and a big house for MORE BUNNIES.

I have to go save it to my favorites now…

That photo is great! Looks like a Alien in utero. They’re not actually a fish but a salamander.
