        So, you’ll never Guess!

tomorrow the buns new cage is going to be dropped off..

What kind of cage might you ask? Oh the simplest kind. AN 8 X 6 OUT DOOR DOG RUN!!!

Where will it be located? In the winter: In the garage! In the summer: Possibly outdoors.

we are going to build wood houses for them to sleep in ans their will be a chicken wire seperator in the middle to seperate the buns!

        im SOOOOO excited…
        and its only $60!

after last night i really needed something else to think about.. something positive and volia!

That’s great! That will give them a lot of space. And only $60, I thought those were really expensive… you must have gotten a great deal.

For the separator, are you going to do a wood frame with chicken wire on it? You might be able to make a door in the center so you can get to both sides for cleaning and feeding and stuff. And make sure to do a double layer of wire so they can’t nip each other.

          Is the top fully enclosed?

That’s fantastic! With some modifications you can get make is safer. Do take photos and we can all chip in with ideas if you’d like. My first thought would be to make that chicken wire divider a double layer of wire just to be safe so nobunny chews through.
                What a bargain really.

it will be in the garage so no worries about a top.

and there will be chicken wire seperating the midddle and my x-pen will run along the bottom aswell so they cant nip each other.. they have never nipped each other before even when twix got off leash and walked over to hershey.. but still im not taking chances..   and by next summer i should have a job and then ill be able to fix it up the way i want it and my babies will be fixed they way i want them too

Sounds exciting! So the chicken wire will be between them and the x-pen will too? If that is the case then I think it is definitely safe enough for them to not get to each other. But if it is just the chicken wire then I would recommend using rabbit wire instead because rabbits can chew through chicken wire.

We will all be desperately looking for pictures so don’t forget to post some when it arrives and you have them all set up in it.

I hate it when a delivery does not come when it is expected!
