I would like to ask if any members live in the Northwest Georgia Area, and if so, which vet have you used for your bun?   I am finding only two listed on the House Rabbit Society list for North Georgia.    (one in Rome, GA and one in East Ellijay, GA)

Or …. does any member live in the northern part of Atlanta and use a rabbit vet in this area ?   North Atlanta would be an hour and half drive for me.

I have no emergency at this time, I just want to be prepared.

Note:  I did review the members list, but most members do not list what area they live in.

you can search exotic vets in the phone book or online, or contact a regular vet and see if they can recommend you to someone who *specializes* in rabbits.  be very clear that you want someone with knowledge and experience with bunnies.  some vets will see your bunny b/c they want that cash, but they cannot offer any real guidance…  another option, contact the GA HRS and ask them who they recommend in certain areas?
