Well, I’m glad the attacking is subsiding… Can you get a pen or something, and build a cage around your bed to keep her away? Or maybe just saying “No” and spraying her with water would help train her… This works for Lizzy, but of course, the second you turn your back, they try to get into things that they know they shouldn’t, so that only works if she’s only out and about when you’re there to watch her…
In other threads, people have suggested putting a plastic shower curtain OVER your bed, to keep the bed from getting dirty…and because the bunny might not like all that uncomfortable plastic…
The other thing is, the aggression and the marking on the bed may be tied together. Since the bed is the thing in your room that smells the strongest of you, she’s sort-of asserting her dominance and marking her territory by putting her scent OVER yours. Maybe once you establish the rank of Alpha-Bunny, that behavior will stop, too? I’d post the question in “Behavior” and see what ideas you get back..
