My goodness, Euler has a ridiculous amount of energy:

We’ve been giving her more and more space to run around when we let her out of his cage, just recently giving her the run of the entire (bunny-proofed) bedroom. On her first go-around, she zipped around the entire place for about an hour, constantly doing double-direction bunny wiggles, head going one way, body the others, occasionally running right into the door or wall by accident. She races around like she ought to have a waistcoat and a pocket watch. (I know for a fact that she is NOT late for a very important date)

This is adorable, except for when she runs into something, then I worry.

The main problem is that, now knowing where the exit to her condo is, she will sit there for ages, rattling the bars (and therefore the entire 3×3 cube condo) with her teeth. This is very bothersome, even though I love her dearly, as evidenced by the amount of poop I pick up daily, but beyond that, I’m worried about her injuring her teeth. We tried spraying her with water every time she did it, but it did nothing to deter her, and just made us feel like horrible jerks.

Is there anything we can do?

Sounds like she’s a ball of energy! I found that for cage rattling bunnies leaving the lights on during the day, toys and a tv on would tucker them out and keep them busy (of course on top of play time out of the cage) and then at night turning off all the lights and putting a sheet over the cage-that way they are tired after a stimulating day. If it’s a routine too-that helps them get that it’s night time and quiet time.

Jack used to be like that. I weave cardboard, willow sticks, grass mats and stuff in the bars and he would go to town on that.
