My bunnies have been inside in an ex-pen but we don’t have the space to let them out to run around because we are in a tiny apartment.  So my new plan is to buy a hutch with an attached run and put it on our back deck.  I was doing some reading about covering the floor in the hutch with linoleum to help with cleaning and prevent the wood from getting saturated with urine and whatnot but I was wondering if anyone had ideas on the run.  Since they’ll be on the deck it’ll be wood but I want to make sure that the deck doesn’t get messed up by chewing or urine.  I was thinking of just buying plywood, covering it with linoleum and attaching it to the bottom of the run.  Has anyone else done anything under their rabbit runs?

Fleece! A couple yards of cheap fleece from any fabric store is perfect. Diamond loves snuggling on the floor of her pens! You can also just stick it in the wash which is a plus.
