         My youngest bunny (7 months) has been humping his older brother ( 1 year).  They have both been neutered…..so why is he doing this?

          Humping can be a way one rabbit establishes dominance over another. Sometimes they do this when stressed also but I would guess that it’s the younger one being a ‘young buck’ and showing who’s boss.
