So it seems another rabbit has got a UTI, because the original one, Marshmallow, was examined and no longer has it. Meanwhile, Smudge, is in quarantine for pink eye, and he keeps his enclosure spotless. So there are 5 remaining bunnies it could be. Does anyone know how to figure out who it is without taking all 5 to the vet to figure it out. They never have accidents during the day, its late at night, so that every morning when I wake up, there are pee accidents on the tile. Any ideas?

Separating them is the only thing that I can think of. Look for other cues, too, like drinking excessive water. If you don’t want to or can’t separate them all (I don’t know how you would have 5 MORE separate enclosures) I’d put them in groups (2 and 3) and then just take whatever group to the vet lol.
