So, we have the three boys all in one room. They are also all in separate pens for the moment. About a week ago, Domino had hopped into Pip and Oliver’s pen. That was when we separated Pip and Oliver until Pip is neutered in a few days. Last night Oliver and Domino had both gotten out of their pens. There was fur on the ground, no we didn’t see any new wounds. The night before, Domino and Pip had both gotten out. Luckily they hadn’t seemed to fight at all. All of the pens currently have clips on where they open, due to Oliver being able to open them without the clips. All three pens also get a blanket put over the top at night to prevent jumping. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. We don’t really have the room to move them all to their own rooms. I’m not sure how they keep getting out, or what else to do to prevent it. Ideas?

My suggestions are to either get taller pens, attach cardboard strips or something about 1 foot wide around the top of each pen on the inside to prevent climbing, or keep each pen covered all the time. Perhaps not with a blanket, but a light sheet would work, just pegged on at each corner to keep them from jumping out.
