This is how much space I have to spare….

        65″ long x 50″ wide x 30″ high

Big enough for a cage plus some? All my ferrets together weigh 6 pounds, so Abbie weighs two times more than my ferrets put together, lol! She’d have a hall way and rooms to run around in, too!

Well, she’s young and she will need alot of out time.

Yep! Got the time covered, just gotta make sure that’s enough room for her when I can’t play with her!

Well if I’m figuring this correctly (math is not my strong point) it’s about 4 feet by 5 feet so that should be adequate. I think the height should be fine as well as long as she can stand up on her hind legs all the way and that’s 2 1/2 feet so she cannot be that tall.

                  Thanks Sarita!
KK, Well I’m not on my parents good list today lol, so I have to wait a few days until I’m going to ask them. I’m gonna see if I can take care of a pair of TARM’s rabbits for a few days to show my mom how un-stinky they are. The timing of all this is sooooo bad! I’m trying though!!

Ugh, I was supposed to be babysitting and I got on the computer (babysitting for my mom) for a bit. Well my dad was home talking to this guy about windows, so I was supposed to be watching the kids. My dad tattled on me , even though I told my mom I had gotten on the computer. Apparently she hadn’t heard me or something like that, so she thought I said I played with them the whole time and did perfect. I’m not in huge trouble, but not on the top of their good list either.

Hey, how are you posting in the middle of the day?  Shouldn’t you be in school?

I would do an xpen for an 11 pound bunny, but he or she (she, right… lol?!) would need plenty of running around space.

Ok, an x-pen! Do you make those or buy them (x-pens always confused me, lol)? And “she’ll” have a lot of running space!!

I would get a tall one for her. You can get them at Petsmart or Petco. It’s a puppy pen.

Yes, a puppy pen is very easy to clean. I have 36 inch tall ones, those should be good I would think. Get a walk-thru model so you can open the door and walk inside to clean or feed. It’s the Midwest brand at PetSmart, about 75 dollars, but WORTH the MONEY! They will last FOREVER! If you are ever not using it, fold it up to store in the closet You can lift it and move it out of the way to clean up any bits of fur or poop/fur behind it. If your mom is concerned about messes, that is the best bet. Lay down a small scrap of linoleum underneath so it can be fully disinfected. Blankets on top that can be washed.

This pic is from right before we got Max, but it shows how the pens are.  Each pen is 4×4 feet when square.  I find them so much easier than NIC grid panels, much sturdier!

The entire door opens so you can walk inside…

Great!! Thank you!! I use a play pen for my ferrets (well plus a huge cage), but it’s a pain because I have to step over it. I’ve tripped (more like fell flat on my face) a few times, lol! Well I’ll see if I can find some and maybe get a good deal!

One of those ferret pens would work too, but I would still go with the puppy pen with a door. (says the girl who steps over the pen in front of the cage so Marshmallow and Digger can run around during the day).

I think so. Maybe it’s a sign, lol!! And only for $50!? This is perfect and it’s the same exact measurements you suggested Beka! I’ve never seen one of these on CL either (trust me I looked everywhere for playpens when I got my ferrets and never saw one of these). I don’t know guys everything seems to be lining up…

ETA: LOL!! Nevermind it’s ppu tomorrow! But still!! It’s a sign!
