My oldest rabbit has been neutered for half a year now. And we just got our younger bun neutered November 22nd, they have lived in the same room since we got them a year ago. And our oldest(Douglas) always moves his play pen to be near our youngest (Bran). I’m just wondering when I can put them together and start bonding them.

They say it’s best to wait about 3 weeks for the all the hormones to dissipate. If they sorta lived together before, the younger bunny’s scent will be different after the neuter, so I’d say start slowly, let them see/smell each other and live in the same area but separated (by cage or pen). Then after a couple weeks, try bonding them in a small neutral space like the bathtub for 10-30 min everyday until you feel comfortable moving them to a bigger space.
