To answer the second part first, no, they don’t like to be bathed. bunnies clean themselves and any form of a bath is only given when absolutely necessary, as in the case of poopy butt. Your problem is a bit different because usually you never submerge the head and ears, and really a half bath in a sink or low pan with very little water is best. I used to leave my bunny’s face and ears dry.
Well, that said, you need to clean her head, so I think a damp washcloth may be your best bet. Sprinkling corn starch is always a good idea as long as you don’t risk getting any into her eyes or ears. I would moisten a soft washcloth, use just a smidge of unscented gentle baby soap (although it might be good to just use the damp cloth first without soap) and put bunny on a table, counter, or if you can’t pick her up, the floor. Hold her firmly down by putting your hand on her front shoulders. She should submit to being in that position. With the other hand, gently wipe at the messy spot. What will probably happen is after you get the basic goop off, she will want to continue to clean herself. Since we don’t know if it’s bad for her if eaten, try to get it all off. If it isn’t coming off, use a bit of the soap. You only want to give any form of a bath if there’s no other way.
For back or tummy fur, the corn starch can be sprinkled on and brushed or combed off. (From your picture, I’m guessing a Gerber product.
