  I have two rabbits, Isabella, who has lived with us for about a year. She is totally housetrained and free to roam about the whole house. We recently got a new rabbit Briar, who is not as good with his litter skills. They have recently been introduced and get along very well. No bonding was necessary, they just got along right away.(They are both fixed already) He lives in a large 4 level NIC cage. If they are bonded, what do I do about their living arrangements?

  Once bonded, you want to keep them together in the same space, so they both can only have as much freetime as the other will allow for. This might mean limiting Isabella’s roaming around the house. Is the room Briar exercises in easy to clean?
  
  Has Briar been littertrained before? It’s possible the poor habits you’re seeing right now are because of the bonding process and the new space.
