Well i just put annabelle in the cage (she was ripping up the chair!) and I’m still spitting her hair out of my mouth! Both of them shed a lot. Annabelle is a queen! She goes up to me and nose bumps me, so i try to pet her and she runs away! Oh, annabelle also hates to get brushed. She probably thinks her fur is already perfect so she nips me! I don’t know what breed she is but i really want to find out! I know she is an adult now though. Shes always getting into trouble!

                    Oh, and also

Don’t even think about cuddling annabelle!

                      When holding molly,
molly likes to be near your face when your holding her! She will also try to eat anything ( i learned that when my pencil fell in the cage )
She isnt an adult, and only nips at me when i stick my finger in her cage! She is interested in spongebob and all the shows on animal planet! She also hates beingn brushed, but she just runs away and gives me the bunny-butt treatmeant. She hardly gets in any trouble!

She also likes jumping on top of things!

Annabelle sounds like quite a charactor.   Have you given her cardboard boxes  phone books or paper bag to chew up on?  She would probably enjoy those things.

Buns are more fun in the house I think.   ONce the bunny proofing is done.

I’m so glad you brought them inside.  How long were they outside and what made you decide tobring them inside?  There definitely are some changes that go on with this process, but it’s so worth it!  Bunnytowne is so right!

We have some helpful pages on bunnyproofing your home if you need help with that.  And depending on their outside arrangement, you may have to go through a littertraining process.

You  also may find that they’ll need some time to  adjust to more socializing and so just give them a  little time to get  used to and feel safe with their new inside home.   Rabbits are animals of habit.  They feel safest and content when they know where everything is.  It’s part of their nature.  And that can take a little time.

                            Are they spayed/neutered?

We are going to spay them and aw molly just flopped down next to me! She is loo king at the tv haha. They were outside because my dad thinks they smell. They were maybe outside for 2 months, but i finally convinced him to let them inside. They are now inside for the winter, but if it goes well he said that they can stay inside!

once they’re spayed that will decrease the smell also… until then change the litterbox frequently…

Another way to help with the smell is to use a covered litterbox – this is what I use for all of my bunnies because I am allergic to hay. You can find the covered litterboxes in the cat section of pet stores. At first, my bunnies were a bit confused about hopping through the “door” but once they got used to hopping in and out, it worked great!

Let us know if you run into any problems having them indoors and we can help you by sharing our experiences and tips.

Welcome here! Yes, spaying will decrease the smell, also a covered litter box as mentioned. Also certain types of litter absorb smell better-what type are you using?

They are both gorgeous-glad you brought them inside-they’ll have so much more time to interact with you and the family, I’ll bet you’ll be surprised how much personality they have-although sounds like they’re already showing it
