I was gone for 5 minutes and came back to see my rabbit with the bag of digestive support. I immediately took it away from him, but I don’t know how many he ate. I already fed him his daily tablet. What should I do? He seems healthy and binkying currently, but I’m scared of the long term effects.

Likely will be fine — may have an upset stomach for a bit so just push hay and water consumption.

I don’t think you have to worry about long term effects, if he doesn’t have any stomach upset soon, I think he would be in the clear. Its like overindulging on a treat.

You may see extra cecals for the next couple of days, but other than keeping him off treats for a little while so he takes in hay and water, he should be fine. It is amazing what rabbits can eat and be okay.

This is a couple weeks old now, so I’m curious, @oazns , did you notice any weird poops or anything after your bun ate all those treats?
