  I’ve been lurking for a few weeks now…and have decided to finally join
  
  I’m a 21 year old 4th year university student from New Brunswick, Canada. I used to work at a very small, incredibly awesome, knowledgable family owned pet store where I learned SO much it’s not even funny…unfortunately we were forced out of business by a National pet store coming into our little mall
  
  One month ago, I bought a Purebred Lionhead male, a Blue Tort, from a breeder an hour outside of my city. I named this little guy Yuuki (Yoo-key) means ‘courage’ in Japanese. He is now officially 3 months old He will be neutered when he is of age.
  
  I LOVE him to pieces. He’s so arrogant and cocky, so inquisitive, and so happy…gosh, he’s awesome…
  
  (2 days after he came home! He was THAT relaxed!)
  
  And just today, I had delivered from PEI, from another breeder, another young Lionhead…this one a female. She will be spayed when of age, as well.
  
  Her name is Kibou, which means Hope in Japanese
  
  She is settling in amazingly well!
  
  Anyway, Kibou is living in a 3 ft x 2 ft cage, and Yuuki is living in a Cubes grid cage, which is 3 panels long by 2 panels wide…it’s bigger than a 3 x 2 ft, though…
  
  Anyway, I just wanted to introduce and say hello

  Welcome! Oh what cute little poofballs! All that fur all fuzzy everywhere, I am so glad that you decided to join our website. : ) Gosh, I just can’t get over how cute your lionheads are! I look forward to seeing you around here more often and those are such neat names you have given them!

  So cute! I have a soft spot for lionheads! The one with the hotot coloration is neat- I’ve never seen that!

  They are just too cute! I’ve never seen a lionheat with spots either. I LOVE their names!

  how cute! I too have 2 hilariously bonded Lionheads, and would not be without them.
  ” He’s so arrogant and cocky, so inquisitive, and so happy……” It makes me chuckle hearing about other people’s bunny personalities!! I look forward to seeing more piccies.

  Welcome to the site. I am new around here too. I know you said you used to work in a pet store and you learned a lot there. I also have a long haired rabbit, an English Angora. I was just wondering if you knew much about angoras. Here’s a pic of my baby.

  Angoragirl – did you have specific angora bunny related questions? I know grooming them is quite a task. If you need some questions answers, ask away.
