Well guys, today’s Day #1 for my healthy eating/weight loss crusade!
I’m not “obese” by I am about 20 pounds overweight (booooo)…3 years ago I had lost a lot of weight by joining Curves and eating well, got down to 130 at 5’4, but the weight crept back up and now I’m my heaviest ever (and eating ickily to boot)…
So, since I’d love to get back into my size 5 pants, and feel good about myself, I’m jumping on my diet and weight loss regime that worked for me a few years ago.
So today I went to join Curves, did my first workout (I’m sore already!!!!) and then went to the grocery store to buy healthy groceries and chuck out my unhealthy ones here at the apartment…!
I’m going to start calorie counting and going to Curves 4-5x per week… and am aiming at losing 45 pounds to get down to 120 pounds!
I hope to do this by May 2008…!
It’s gonna be hard to cut out the unhealthy stuff I’ve made so commonplace, but I know I’ll look, feel and dress so much better
