HB stays

Well hubby likes HB and so do I.  I got attached to him and he is used to us.   So…. I emailed my friend and said I dont’ want Christine to be heartbroken if we keep him.    Seems  Christine is taking care of one of the Dutches that are looking for furever homes.  Her sister said that HB has Kawthar (me) and Skittles has nobody.   So she may end up keeping Skittles for her own.  That is great.

Hubby is happy that he is going to stay. We decided on it for good. 

Now my friend’s bun had 4 beautiful sable kits. OH my gosh I been wanting a sable.  However I have picked buns by personality.  So I dont’ have a sable.   Looks like I won’t get one since we are keeping HB.  It is good that way.  In a couple of  months I can try to get the 3 of them to get alone.  I haven’t wanted to try it til we both were sure he was staying. 

Looks like Christine won’t be heartbroken after all.  Thats good.  I would have hated to back out of giving him to her if she was going to be real upset.  I was going to get a sable point pedigreed lionhead however with HB I will just keep it as it is here. 

HB is shedding again in a big patch on his shoulders now.  So I plucked til he got tired.  HE is so sweet. Even after I aggravate him by plucking him he still gives me hums when I hold him.  What a boy.

There are so many types of buns I would love to have  english angora satin angora broken black angora and a sable point.  Well that won’t be happening. Not as long as I have my 3. 

If I could have a huge mansion and good help I would love to have all kinds of rabbits. Doesn’t look like that will be happening ahahaahaha  Oh well…. We can dream can’t we.

A great recipe…,.  blueberry salad          spring lettuce mix.        blueberries    walnuts      blue cheese      raspberry vinaigrette.                OH it is so delicious.  I just love it.  I have substituted swiss cheese.   I have some shrimp sitting around so I will put those in the salad too.  Should be real good now.  Can’t wait to eat it.

Cotton seems mad at me.  I had to chase him to get him to let me pet him.   I gave him a blueberry that should have made him happy again.  Finally he sat still while I petted.  He may be mad cause I have held ruby last nite and tonite.  Poor fellow.

I love the sound of the blueberry salad…but I have to say the shrimp addition would be a little much for me! 0_o And I love shrimp! Where do you find raspberry vinaigrette?

Awes, HB sounds like such a wonderful bunny! Good to hear he will be staying. Yes, please, pictures if you haven’t already posted them!

And I know what you mean about the mansion. I would love to have one big room just for the bunnies in my house, but it’s a sardine can as it is!

Yes I did post pics of HB.  Playing in his litterbox and exploring my bed. Big rascal.  I like his hums when I pet him.  IT may be on the 2nd or 3rd page of the lounge. 

The raspberry vinaigrette is well we use Publix sometimes for groceries. It is in the dressing isle. Publix ha another isle too with some good Lawry’s sauces.  Lime and Garlic  ohhh that is so good on bbq chicken. 

It can also be found at Super Walmart.  I dont know what stores you have where you are.  Also you can ask for it too.  I never noticed it b4 til my friend moved and gave me some of her frigie stuff. I thought oh wow. Let me try this and oh was it good.

The cheese I didn’t put with the shrimp last nite. The recipe really doesn’t call for shrimp. Without shrimp I use whatever cheese I have available as long as it is a white cheese like Swiss.      Enjoy

Oh yeah I do need to add him to the signature.  tomorrow when I have more time I can work at it.  HOpefully I can do it without help this time.
