  Happy new year BB friends!! It is here at least lol. The buns got a grape and i binkied however they were not amused. Rose thumped because of the fireworks, they arent even very loud lol. Most people would find it sad that i rang in the new year with my bunnies, but i still had fun lol.

  Happy New Year Liz! It’s 4pm NY’s day here! I wasn’t well so was in bed by midnight but heard the fireworks going off. Had heard earlier ones but Jersey didn’t seem to fazed – except for the DIY one’s people do in their backyards! Those were loud! I always feel bad for all the dogs at NYrs.

  Not sad at all – at least you’re not the only one. I worked from 1:30 until 9:30 pm, catering to First Night celebrators who could get into the museum for free with a special button. A bit tiring. Then I avoided the hundreds of people all over the streets of where I work (Delray Beach, FL) and was home by 10:00. Pooped. Glad to see my little bunny. Stayed up until midnight and happily went to bed – glad it’s 2009. Whew!
  
  (Once I heard that Delray folks like to bring in the new year at midnight with fireworks – and shooting off guns (!!!!!) I was too scared to stay in town. I guess I really did move to the South. They can’t shoot off guns in Massachusetts. Oy!

  Yeah the guns it quite an adjustment. Don’t like them.
  
  NO I didn’t bother with NY’s. Been years since I got excited about it. I went to the club house for an hour made another friend with a lady who just moved in here.
  
  Came home at 9 went to bed at 11. WE didn’t hear much on fireworks where we live. I dont’ mind either.
