Has anyone tried the hair buster comb?  http://www.bunnygear.com/

I have quite a few different combs and brushes for my pets (have dogs and cats too).  Cotton does not really like the Furminator.  She is OK with the zoom groom.  I used to have a comb with fine metal teeth that she would let me use nightly when we watched TV.  But of course I can’t find the comb now and it has been over a month- so I have given up on ever finding it.  I bought the comb years ago at a cat show- and have not seen one quite like it since.  It had metal teeth that were a bit “pointy” to get down thru the fur and the teeth were close enough to comb the thick bunny hair.  The hair buster tines look close to what I had- and the added sleeve looks like a good idea.

I would love to hear if someone has used this.  I have only seen in sold at bunnygear.com.  Is there anywhere else to buy it?

I have looked in every pet store- and I just can’t find an approp comb for her- most dog combs don’t even get “into” her fur- they pass right over it.

It is the comb of choice at Save A Bunny. I use one for my buns. It works well for buns, especially during sheds. Changing the angle of brushing will have you pulling out clumps of the old fur – it just takes a couple of passes to find the right ‘angle’ for your bun. I would recommend buying one.

            I love it!

This was one session when my 6.5 lb lop was blowing her coat

I swear, I thought it was a cat sleeping on it’s back.

              Playing rochat(sp) with fur piles….

Where did you buy yours from?  On bunnygear.com- I only see a mail in order form.  I am so used to internet ordering- I was surprised to see mail order.

Thanks for posting the reviews and the pics- now I HAVE to buy a hair buster!
