  Are some bunnies more vocal than others?? Sassy will grunt in disapproval. If she isn’t in the mood to be pet or kissed, she’ll grunt. Or she’ll grunt and fling her toys around. Or if she’s startled, she’ll grunt. My late bunny Boobah only grunted if I was late with breakfast.

  Yes. Also nasal blockage can cause rabbits to be more vocal. Wick has constantly snoring, grunting, and such when he had his upper respiratory infection.

  I will ask the vet about this when I make the appointment for her checkup. She’s always grunted in disapproval, though. Thanks Wick.
