I was checking out bentley’s nail today and noticed there was a growth/possible inflammtion on one of his front toes. I tried to get a picture but he did not want to stay still so I will try later. He is still running at full force and not licking it. The vet I use is not small animal certified so I will be looking for another vet and book an appointment. But any one have a similar experience? He is free roamed so should I place him in a smaller area with more fleece?

Edit: it almost looks like a pawpad but I know rabbits do not have Paw pads

          Can you post a picture?

Two possibilities: 1) Infection of the nail bed, 2) Sore “hocks” (yes, it can occur on front toes).

After further examination, I see that on the same digit on the other paw, theres the same bump in the same exact location, just on the opposite paw. I don’t think it’s a major problem but I will keep an eye on it.

It won’t let me post a picture. Here is a link: https://imgur.com/U9DYIoM

It doesn’t look like inflammation or a growth. It just looks like the end of the toe there. Unless I’m not seeing something.
