My four month old rabbit has been growling. There’s an open space underneath my drawers in which she likes to sit and hide inside. I don’t have a problem with it, but she does chew, so I stuffed shirts inside so she wouldn’t be able to get inside. Now, all she does is try to dig at the shirts and chew them, which is not a bad thing for me, however if I adjust the shirts as she’s digging she will growl and try to pull it back to attack. She does it quite often now, if I try to put the shirts back inside the open space neatly.

my Rookie was like that…a definite growler.. he would growl when he did not like something and if he was really grumpy he would lunge as if to bite never actually did…all bark no bite…lol I did the same thing with him…I put an old calendar between the wall and the cupboard so he would chew away at the paper not the drywall…and with the multiple pages he could dig at it all he wanted…did the shirt trick too he loved digging at it. I would always just fix those things when he was not there or I would bribe him with a treat…lol

your bun is only 4 months so getting her spayed will help with the territorial behaviour. but be prepared that you may just have a someone with a bunnytude on your hands lol and that wont change. she will realize you want no harm or take her spot in time and she will be better
