My bunny is 4 months old and i was wondering if young bunnies could eat greens. If so what kind of greens can they eat.

Yes they can. You can start them out on 1 thing at a time. For example, try leaf of romaine lettuce, then maybe some celery leaves or parsley. The diet info here has a list of suitable greens. https://binkybunny.com/Default.aspx?tabid=144
