  Great Idea…almost $500 to buy! That is just plain crazy to me. I have a lot of plywood left over from projects. I’m going to build one of these this weekend! Baxter would love this thing!

  The house is fancy! The pictured one is finished in shellac…..personally, I’d be skipping that step.

  Thanks, It’s good to be back I won’t be staining it or painting it. Part of having a cool non expensive house is so he can have his house and eat it too. lol. He seriously chews way too much for me to do anything other than build it and sand it. He would love to have one though. I will post pics when I am done.

  I love, love, love that bridge! So cool. I had similar concerns about what kind of stain they used on there. Au naturel would work just fine!

  I love the bridge too! My father in law has a giant wood working shop just a few miles down the road from me….hmmm…very tempting.

  yes they are. Mine won’t be that high-class. I am just going to use the idea. The great thing is that I already have a lot of left over ply wood from other projects so it will only cost money for a couple of hinges.
