Clover is litter trained and up until recently she’s always gone in her box. For a while she was going 1 and 2 in the corner by the door, but now doesn’t go there. We have noticed that she likes to go 1 right next to the bed where there is a little trashcan. She also just kind of poos wherever she likes now. Is there anything we can do to “correct” this behavior? Or deter her from at least peeing on the floor?

          Is she spayed?

She might be going through puberty and her hormones are probably influencing her potty behaviors
This happens very often and you will just have to litter train her again after her spay, if you decide to spay her
It’s healthier for her if you do
There’s an ovarian cancer(or something like that) she can develop if she isn’t spayed, she will be more “behaved” and she can be bonded with another bunny.

I think she’s past the point of puberty. I mean she’s a pretty big bun, but I’m unsure of her age because we found her outside.

                  Hmm
Have you taken her to the vet anytime? They can predict her age.
You can also check her hocks if they are pink and there is no calluse then the bun is usually young

Yes, she had surgery about 2 months ago, but I didn’t think to ask about her age.

Uncontrollable peeing can mean something is wrong with they urinary system (ie UTIs and bladder stones)
Sometimes buns poop wherever they want if they decide they don’t like their litter box anymore too, my bun did that

Has there been any changes recently?

It’s not uncontrollable. She does it intentionally in the same spot.
