I made appmnt for a cab to take Ruby/Cotton and I to her spay while hubby is away.  Last nite i called to see what the fare would be. WEll… The rude ugly man told me they charge 2.50 for the first stop lite and 2.75 the next and so on. Plus the 2.75 per mile. I thought WHAT??

This morning I called around.  I was told that guy is scamming no one does that. So I made arrangements with that one.

I called the ugly man to tell him to cancel.  That s.o.b. he cussed at me I hung up.  He called back being ugly and sarcastic that I hung up on him. He gave me the time he cancelled I said yes.  He was so ugly I didn’t tell him  to cancel the one picking me up to get back home.  I will do it tomorrow when I am at the vets. I don’t want to have him show up and be ugly and cause a scene. I don’t want to meet that man.

Would you believe that obnoxious man called me and left 2 msg on my cell phone.  I just deleted them The first cussword I heard I hit that delete button.             At this point I would be afraid to get in his cab. What is with people.

Something kept nagging me to make that call about the fare.  I am glad I listened to that feeling and called. What a rip off that would have been.

Around here, you’d never cancel a cab though-we have a cab shortage along with everything else shortage…We call four-five cab companies for pick up and that doesn’t even guarantee one will show up!!! Yuck!

BT, I would seriously think about reporting him, especially if he keeps calling your cell. Hope you are okay and get to where you need to be on Friday.

BT phone you phone provider (like the operator or something) and see if they have a police trace * function….Here, if I get prank called I can dial I think it’s *57 and although the number might be blocked for me it sends the callers information to the police in written form. If they get more then three from the same person, it then automatically gets investigated for harassment.

You can also call the police directly, tell them what happened and what he’s doing and give them the number your first called.

Yikes, what a temper! I wouldn’t want to be in a car with him behind the wheel!!!

Around here, we have way more cabs than we know what to do with. You always see big clusters of them in parking lots, drinking coffee. I always hated taking cabs, I rode the bus before I had a car.

He hasn’t called back after 3x.   I will keep that in mind if I hear from him again.  The cab driver today knew of him.  I mentioned it. Heck I gave the ugly man 24 hrs notice what more could you ask for.  Too many nuts out there.
