Is that to much? She wouldn’t stop eating it and it was so cute. Should I not give anymore

Yes you shouldn’t feed a piece of banana more than the size of your thumb. It’s okay though. Don’t give any more for a while. Give her lots of hay and water so she can push it out of her system. Be careful next time! I understand how hard it is to say no to your bunny! It makes me feel so guilty.

So she will be ok? That was only like the second time giving her banana.

She might not eat for a while or maybe poop a lot or not enough because she’s full. Just give her a bunch of excercise. That will also get it out of her system. Bananas are good for them anyways. Just a little too much is not that great. She will be okay. Monitor her poop and behavior. Things to watch out for: lethargy, grinding teeth, poop pellets clumped together or grape like droppings. If those are seen then just follow the hay and water and nothing else diet for a couple days. She will be okay. I have done this by accident before too.

Oh lol a quarter of a banana? That’s nothing to worry about. Strange the messages are slower on my side. Yea that’s okay. Just be sure to not give her banana every day. Like maybe three times a week.

One slice of banana is probably plenty for a rabbit. Food with a high sugar content, such as fruit, may cause gas in rabbits. Hopefully, you have some infant simethicone drops on hand in case she does develop gas.

She’ll probably be fine. Just a little hyped up on sugar. While it isn’t good for her, it isn’t the end of the world. Just keep an eye out for tummy upset like gas or extra cecals.

That’s a lot of banana in one go. Especially as it was only her 2nd time trying it. It could really upset her tummy. Next time just give a small slice.
