        Well, he does drink a few drops, but definitely nowhere near enough.

        Our neighbor, who’s a vet, did a check up on him and said he’s fine, but he’s puzzled as well.

        He’s eating fine, but for some reason, he’s just not drinking his water.

        Poops are alright, and we’ve been feeding him more watery foods like fresh grass to hopefully ward of dehydration, but something’s wrong. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

          It could be an ongoing cycle that you’re giving him more watery foods so he stays hydrated and because he’s hydrated, he does not drink water.

          When was the last time you cleaned his water bowl(s) and has the water you used changed in any way? Do you observe him go up to the water, but then reject it?

            Is his water in a bottle or in a bowl? Some buns prefer bowls over bottles.

            If he’s always been drinking and suddenly just stopped, then it’s probably something. Is your neighbour a rabbit savvy vet?
